50 minutes from Tarbes, on the edge of the Hautes-Pyrénées, Haute-Garonne and Gers, Michel and Corinne welcome you with generosity and kindness in a half-timbered building from 1780 in Castelnau-Magnoac.

Open only for lunch, the restaurant is closed on Saturdays. The warm and friendly setting invites you to relax and enjoy traditional Basque cuisine with a few original touches. The daily menu, consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert, is only €16.50 without wine or coffee, while the à la carte menu treats you to 3 starters, 4 main courses and a dessert for €32.

John Dory fillet and its pan-fried vegetables with orange sauce, oven-roasted shoulder of suckling lamb, grilled entrecote with candied shallots... The dishes are generous and delicious, a place to enjoy yourself with your loved one, friends or family. Try the lamb sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, it's their specialty.
