A little disappointed with our visit: the welcome was great, as were the wines. The place is very pleasant. In terms of the meal, according to the reviews and photos everything looked great, but we were disappointed on site: - The salmon tartare was super fatty. Why not go local with Pyrenees trout for example? And adding a little acidity (pickles for example) would have made the dish much better. The pieces were also a little too big. - The Tarbais beans in the duck “friands” were tasteless: one would have thought they were cooked in water… a far cry from the cassoulet broth indicated. - The fish was very well cooked but the accompaniment had too strong flavors and little to the taste of the guests, here, it is above all a question of taste! - The desserts were good. A little too sweet but very good. The score is… very high (comparing to the Toulouse competition) especially given the disappointment of what we ate. We had already come to buy wine… and the advice had been disappointing once the tasting was over. Not sure we'll let ourselves be tempted again despite a great welcome!

As usual, the meal was very good and the service was top notch!! Special attention to the server who gave us an excellent time, humor, authenticity and that's all we ask for to have a pleasant time 👌🏻👏🏻
