You need to book to know the price with CAF AVE vouchers! The only agency that requires you to book before knowing the price, I go to the competition... Happy vacation

Second experience with Balaguere; self-guided trip to Croatia. We were very well received on site, Mr. and Mrs. Géra's inn at the top, cuisine made from their products, starter, main course, dessert different every day and excellent, accommodation also very good. SCANDALOUS! Absolutely revolted against BALAGUERE which practices abusive conditions on its contract. I suffered an accident on August 13 while mountain biking and was immobilized for 3 months. When I had to cancel my registration for the Cyclades scheduled for September 28, BALAGUERE withheld 10% of the total amount of the trip from me upon reimbursement!!! When I'm in an accident? What if I had died? I am told: Madam, these are the conditions of the contract. Well these are abusive conditions. Not even a credit or a commercial gesture on an upcoming trip. This is scandalous. Moreover, as my accident will be the subject of a procedure, I will have my lawyer check the BALAGUERE contracts. No more traveling with the BALAGUERE. To flee!!!
