Enjoy a warm welcome (according to visitors), seasonal ice creams, a small shaded terrace and accessible parking. The Kimglace Artisan Glacier Fabricant trailer is at the entrance to the village, in the school parking lot, at the crossroads of several hiking and biking trails.
New fragrances are to be discovered throughout the year, to the rhythm of the seasons, because it is nature that decides.
All ice creams and cones are made in an artisanal way, in the laboratory of the neighboring village in Auzas (31), based on fresh seasonal fruits and farm milk, mainly organic and coming from local producers. The recipes are numerous and the secret for a delicious ice cream lies in the perfect balance of quality ingredients.
Kim found her frozen path in 2018. Attracted by the diversity and the infinite possibilities of creations, she followed training courses in the Netherlands, Italy and with international ice cream makers before obtaining her CAP Glacier Fabricant in Rodez (12).
