- Enjoy a warm welcome (according to visitors), seasonal ice creams, a small shaded terrace and accessible parking. The Kimglace Artisan Glacier Fabricant trailer is at the entrance to the village, in the school parking lot, at the crossroads of several hiking and biking trails.
  New fragrances are to be discovered throughout the year, to the rhythm of the seasons, because it is nature that decides.
  
  All ice creams and cones are made in an artisanal way, in the laboratory of the neighboring village in Auzas (31), based on fresh seasonal fruits and farm milk, mainly organic and coming from local producers. The recipes are numerous and the secret for a delicious ice cream lies in the perfect balance of quality ingredients.
  Kim found her frozen path in 2018. Attracted by the diversity and the infinite possibilities of creations, she followed training courses in the Netherlands, Italy and with international ice cream makers before obtaining her CAP Glacier Fabricant in Rodez (12). Craftsmanship, good humor and respect for nature are at Kimglace.

We found Kimglace when searching for an ice cream shop near where we were staying on holiday. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the owner in her quirky van. Even better, all of the ice creams and cones are homemade and organic. The ice creams and flavours were all wonderful. Imaginatively and carefully created to provide something unique and delicious. My particular favourite was the basil and lemon - an amazing flavour combination! We visited Kimglace a number of times during the remainder of our holiday - what a treat to have this on your doorstep! One of the many reasons for us to be sad that our holiday is over.

Kim Glace is a wonderful place to enjoy an ice cream, have wonderful conversations and spend a cozy day - it is appealing in good and bad weather. Every visit is worth it, whether from near or far. The entire range is made fresh every time, and everything is natural, which creates a huge explosion of taste. The glaces, which consist of fruits, for example, make you feel like you have the fruit right in your mouth. This place deserves every attention it can get. Come by – greetings from Switzerland! One of the best ice-cream 🍨 I had in France! Even the cone is delicious and it goes very well with all the ice-cream!! 🤤 Highly recommended! Try at least once and you will agree! ✨
