For a more rural atmosphere, the Raymond VI Garden is a very " wild " garden.

Around the city, there are natural areas to take a breath of fresh air, surrounded by nature ; but also the lakes and the banks of the river to enjoy a bucolic setting :
“ Green flows ” such as Touch or Amidonniers
The Coteaux de Pech David leisure center
The nautical base on the shores of Lake Sesquières
Around the lake of La Ramée
Greenways on the banks of the Garonne and its canal
Jogging, jogging, running, it's always running. So what's the difference between its different sports? It's the intensity! Jogging is between walking and running. To be exact, you are jogging. Moreover, it is considered more as a physical activity than a sport. With jogging, you really start to run at a moderate pace. Running is a real race, with periods of sprinting.

Find a bike and cycle through the pink city
Toulouse is a green city that promotes cycling as a mode of transport. The municipality has therefore developed many cycle paths, in town, in parks, along the Garonne... It also provides self-service bicycles : the VélôToulouse (fr).
If you want to visit the city by bike, get advice on finding a bike that suits your needs or find ideas for tours, go to Agence VélOtrement.
Once you have your mount, we have selected 5 fun routes to do with the family. In this article, we also give you tips, addresses and sites to organize your outings or trips.
Our favorite : Toulouse is crossed by the Garonne. Heading south-east, you will follow the Canal du Midi . Heading north-west, you will cycle on the greenway of the Garonne canal. We suggest you cross Toulouse by bike, along the Canal des Deux-Mers for a bucolic and sporty ride.
The Canal des Deux-Mers is a waterway that crosses the southwest of France, connecting the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean. Divided into two parts, it is in Toulouse that they meet. From Sète to Toulouse, it is called the " canal du Midi ". From Toulouse to Bordeaux, it is the " canal de la Garonne ".

Take part in a large group rollerblading ride
Alone, with a group of friends or in a group, rollerblading is fun and convivial. But taking part in a roller skate ride is even more fun. It's a great opportunity to see the city differently, to make cool encounters with people who share your tastes and to motivate you to exercise regularly.
The Roulez Rose association (fr) organizes these great rollerblading tours through Toulouse. They take place every Friday evening and every first Sunday of the month, but it is better to check that the event is not canceled on their site. You can also find courses, internships and even tutorials.

Between gymnastics and bodybuilding, it is the ideal sport for getting back into shape, building up harmoniously and you adapt it to your level as you wish. You are more of a city dweller, have you tried street workout? These are free sports courses, but in the heart of the city. In this case, they are called “ city stadiums ”.
