  Super pleasant stay, in a top setting, surrounded by nature, in the woods, if like me, you are a nature lover, this is a superb place, made for you! Calm in the heart of nature with the singing of birds, super rejuvenating and soothing, pleasant and guaranteed disconnection. Very warm welcome by Juan Carlos, very friendly and with a sense of humor. Very kind hosts, attentive, accommodating, everything was done to ensure that the stay met my expectations, needs, desires. In the chalet there is everything you need and as there is a filter coffee maker and I told him that I had taken instant coffee and senseo pods and well without me asking him anything, I even told him that it wasn't serious and well Juan Carlos brought me a pod coffee machine with the pods, and told me that way you can drink your little coffee in pods instead of soluble and it will be better and more pleasant , I then tasted Columbia coffee, and found it really good. The bed was super comfortable, it was clean, I felt so comfortable that when I was waking up in the morning I thought I was at home! Super nice to be on the sofa and have a view of nature, the birds singing, then the sun coming in..., all in peace and quiet! For me the best! I toured (partly) the site and how pleasant it was, having chosen a calmer period, where there are fewer people, pure happiness and even more, because I was able to walk around and let my dog ​​roam freely, because he was the only one, even though I didn't ask for anything, Juan Carlos immediately told me that I could let him roam free because he was the only dog and so he too was able to enjoy and enjoy walking around freedom instead of being kept on a leash, so really a plus, a little extra attention. Advice from Juan Carlos for places to go for walks, what more could you ask for... Oh well yes, even for the departure time which is basically at noon, Juan Carlos offered me a departure between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., so that I could enjoy it a little more, so that I could take my time to prepare my departure and being able to fully enjoy my stay which was over a weekend. I also met Anne, who also told me to take my time when leaving and precisely because of having discussed, I even left a little later, around 1:30 p.m. This is indeed the case, that Juan Carlos and Anne put you at ease, and do not rush you. Every time Juan Carlos came by to bring something, he checked in, and at the same time, made sure to respond to requests and advise according to my needs. Really caring, even too much 🤣🤭 I really spent a very pleasant weekend which did me good, the disconnection from stressful daily life, the pleasure of being in nature in peace and hosts at your disposal to do everything to satisfy your desires. and your well-being are fulfilled! ☺️ Thank you Juan Carlos and Anne! (I don’t think I forgot anything 😀😅😊) I hope for the next one 🤷‍♀️😊

  The chalet in the middle of the forest is beautiful and the hosts were very friendly during our stay. However, upon checkout, the host attempted to charge us an additional cleaning fee unexpectedly and outside of the Airbnb platform. This extra charge was not specified anywhere in the reservation nor had we been previously informed, which is misleading and also illegal, since Airbnb requires that all charges be clearly detailed and approved by the guest at the time of booking. To justify this charge, the host made comments about our 'awareness' and 'respect for the space', when in reality he was the one who was not complying with the rules. It was an uncomfortable situation that tarnished what, until then, had been a good experience. I would recommend that future guests confirm all costs in advance to avoid surprises and if you encounter the same problem you can contact Airbnb and they will solve it since it is also illegal to request payments outside the platform by transfer.
