  In love with his region and in particular Montferrier, where he's originally from, Didier embarked on a fabulous project accompanied by his wife Annick, to bring the village back to life. It all began with the presbytery, an emblematic 17ᵉ century building that they decided to buy and renovate, the beginning of a beautiful story...

  Annick and Didier's aim is simple: to promote local craftsmen and revitalize the village of Montferrier. This they did after saving the Presbytère from abandonment, with local artisans from the Pays d'Olmes taking charge of the renovations. And the result is astonishing! The Presbytère de Montferrier is now available for rental to families, groups of friends or professionals wishing to combine business with pleasure. Comprising a first floor and two upper floors, it has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. The little extra? The sunny parish priest's garden, where you can relax and eat al fresco.

  You'll fall under the spell of this magnificent property, renovated in two parts with noble materials and modern facilities. The first part, with a surface area of 200 m², has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people, ideal for a large number of guests wanting to get away from it all. The spacious, well-decorated rooms invite you to relax in the living room with its soft sofas, or in the open, fully-equipped kitchen. Each room has its own private bathroom, offering privacy to the privileged guests of the Presbytère de Montferrier. The second, smaller room has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, and a separate entrance. Superb gîte, very comfortable, very functional (numerous amenities), furnished with great attention and elegance. Our host, Annick, is very welcoming and responsive. The surrounding region allows you to take very pleasant walks and appreciate the Cathar cultural heritage.

Very beautiful cottage, simply but very well decorated. Plenty of comfortable common space to accommodate 10 people. The rooms are comfortable with integrated bathroom/WC for the most part. The owner, Annick, is very welcoming and gives good advice for visits and restaurants nearby. Very beautiful walks to do in the surrounding area. I recommend.

I can only recommend this magnificent gîte. The layout and decoration has been chosen with care. The welcome is warm. The region is full of superb and peaceful landscapes as well as hiking trails.
