The Clos Cathala estate is unique. It is also the charm of this nature that seduced Géraldine Portoles, when in 2020, she left Mirepoix after 17 years running a Hotel Restaurant. In summer and when the weather is nice, the terrace is a haven of peace! The restaurant is open all year round , from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime.

Ariège is a department which concentrates a wide variety of breeders, market gardeners and food artisans keen to combine working the land and breeding with respect for the environment . Most of the products are organic , 95% are locally sourced. Géraldine, who has been working with these products for a long time thanks to her previous restaurant, knows her producers well and the delicacies they present to her. Several options are available, for example it is possible to privatize the entire estate, that is to say the 5 guest rooms (+ 2 studios, bringing the whole to 15 possible beds), the park being able to accommodate 150 people.
