    • Camping des Grottes welcomes you in Ariège near Tarascon-sur-Ariège, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Ariège Pyrenees. An ideal vacation spot for practicing your favorite white water or outdoor sports and discovering an exceptional heritage !

      The campsite being located in Alliat , it is also a destination of choice for all those who wish to travel through the history of the region. Indeed, the campsite is only 2 kilometers from several prehistoric sites such as the famous cave of Niaux or that of the cave of the cow.

    Nous avons passé 4 jours au camping des grottes au tout début du mois de Juillet 2024, et avons été très satisfaits. Le camping est situé à 3 minutes en voiture de la grotte de Niaux, et très proche aussi du Parc de la Préhistoire, et de nombreux autres sites remarquables. Il est très joli et bien entretenu avec ses petites haies de séparation, les mobilhomes sont spacieux, et l'eau de la piscine très chaude, ce qui est appréciable . Mes garçons ont aimé le grand terrain de football. Le restaurant est très bon. Il y a aussi des écrans géants pour les amateurs de football ou du Tour de France. Nous reviendrons certainement l'été prochain pour continuer à découvrir le beau département de l' Ariège

    great pitch with view on the mountains! there is al little river running through the camping site which gives it an idyllic kind of atmosphere when walking to the grocery store in the morning. cosy...
