      The campsite being located in Alliat , it is also a destination of choice for all those who wish to travel through the history of the region. Indeed, the campsite is only 2 kilometers from several prehistoric sites such as the famous cave of Niaux or that of the cave of the cow.

    We spent 4 days at the Caves campsite at the very beginning of July 2024, and were very satisfied. The campsite is located 3 minutes by car from the Niaux cave, and also very close to the Parc de la Préhistoire, and many other remarkable sites. It is very pretty and well maintained with its small dividing hedges, the mobile homes are spacious, and the water in the swimming pool is very warm, which is appreciated. My boys liked the big soccer field. The restaurant is very good. There are also giant screens for football or Tour de France fans. We will certainly return next summer to continue discovering the beautiful department of Ariège

    great pitch with view on the mountains! there is al little river running through the camping site which gives it an idyllic kind of atmosphere when walking to the grocery store in the morning. cosy...
