All you have to do is bring your bed linen (rental possible as an option).

We have just spent a lovely 2 weeks at Camping Pyrenees Natura. All the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Making us, and our toddler, feel very welcome. The pitches were generous sizes, the toilet and shower facilities clean and suitable. The baby bath room was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the fresh pastries and bread each morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A mixture of very good and not so good. Very good - site is immaculate. Showers, toilets, grounds, amenities (water, electricity, pitches) all excellent. all 5* Not so good - complete lack of any engagement or warmth from reception staff. Practically zero information on what do do locally (maps, trails etc) We asked about local walks. Answer from "younger" receptionist- walk to the lake up to the road. All other hikes are "very difficult". No local maps given to us with any details of local trails. Very disappointing considering the site is one of the cleanest and well facilitated that we have been to. We were booked for 4 nights but left after 2 due to lack of information about local activities. Shame. UPDATE 19.8.24 ear Marie. I have received your very honest and helpful reply to my original review. Thankyou. Unfortunately none of the details you have detailed were explained to us when we arrived.This would have been most helpful for us to know. However I think it is excellent news that you will create some details for other visitors. A very good move which will certainly help guests like ourselves who visited in a motorhome. I wish you well in the future and repeat our view that the facilities at the site amongst the best we have ever encountered. Future guests should take this as a very big positive and good reasons to visit Pyrenees Natura.

We traveled as a family of four. The campsite was idillic - small & quiet in the most amazing location. Added bonus was the food, incredible! We really enjoyed it all. A great base for exploring the many things to do in the mountains and surrounding areas.
