  Stayed here overnight between a hiking holiday in Andorra and flying home from Toulouse. Arrived late in the evening to discover that I had booked the wrong day! The reception staff were so helpful and accommodating. They managed to find us a room, and then refunded us for the wrong night booking (even though the cancellation request was “ non refundable” on booking.com!). We had a comfortable studio apartment with terrace. Clean and roomy. Very good location close to Toulouse centre and metro, 15 min drive to airport, parking onsite. Didn’t have breakfast but looked very nice. Lovely staff! Would stay again!

  Do not stay at this hotel! They are crooked and will do anything to steal/extort money from you. My room key didn’t work so I went to the reception desk and let them know. Instead of replacing or fixing my key card, the clerk walked up to my room and let me in with his key. He said it just took time for my key card to start working. This did not seem right to me, and of course when I got back to my room at 11:00 PM no one was at the desk and I was locked out. I called the emergency number and was instructed to go to the parking garage to find a master key in a lock box. There was both a key card and two other door keys. I took what was there as the door had both types of locks. I got in to my room and dropped all the keys at the check out desk in the morning. I was then informed that some employee needed the keys from the lock box and when they weren’t there, broke down a door to get into the hotel. They told me I had to pay for the broken door because I taken the wrong key. The manager refused to talk to me and they would not tell me how much they were planning to put on my credit card for the damaged door that I had absolutely nothing to do with. (Turned out to be over $200). They also charged us for parking even though we didn’t need the garage. They said we already paid and would not refund. They also assigned 2 of the group members a single room even though they had paid for a double. As for the location, we were greeted by a very aggressive panhandle as well as we were unloading bags from our van. He tried to grab our bags and close out van door. And if all that isn’t enough, there was a rancid smell in the hallways.

  Great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station with our bags. Also a short walk to the old town centre as well as public transport. Great shower (both pressure and temperature). Spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool. During our 3 days here in late May, we used the pool 3 times - loved it! Lots of accessible power points for charging. Nice and quiet despite being so handy to everything (including a couple of supermarkets). The staff were very friendly and helpful and our woeful lack of French was no barrier.
