Retour d’expérience de soins au SPA La Cour des Consuls plutôt mitigé malgré toute la bonne volonté de la praticienne. Je m’attendais à « une parenthèse sensorielle, entre massages et rituels », une bulle de bien-être et de détente… un moment unique ! L’aventure commence la veille des soins, avec une modification car une personne était malade et donc absente …. j’entends et on trouve un nouveau créneau. Au moment du soin, problème de wifi donc on me propose de mettre la musique sur le téléphone durant mon massage pour palier à ce dysfonctionnement…. C’est bien mais pas top. Pour compléter le tableau, durant le soin, une table absolument inconfortable au niveau de la têtière ! En position ventrale, un appui très douloureux en barre juste au dessus des sourcils pouvant provoquer des céphalées et une pression intense peu agréable à la limite de gâcher ce moment initialement de détente. Comble de tout, je ne suis pas la seule à m’en être plainte et le personnel l’a testé et confirme cette douloureuse expérience … Niveau déco, la salle de soin est neutre : murs blanc, pas de bougies ni d’ambiance intimiste particulière, pas de diffuseurs d’odeurs favorisant la relaxation et la détente.. je ne suis pas entrée dans « un univers » malgré le patrimoine des lieux.

We did a day of hamam treatment and massage and perfect level of hygiene, everything is available to promote intimacy and we did a couple's massage with Emma and Tama which we really appreciated. Perfect massage, they respected our requests in terms of support and perfect welcome!!
