    Pour notre première fois dans un 5 étoiles, nous avons été déçus. Le flacon de shampoing était bloqué, heureusement qu'il y en avait un autre "douche et shampoing". En rentrant à minuit et demi nous avons trouvé la porte fermée et avons attendu un bon moment que l'on vienne nous ouvrir, après avoir sonné plusieurs fois sans aucune réponse. On a même cru que l'on ne pourrait pas rentrer. Il y avait une bosse au niveau des jambes qui m'a gêné toute la nuit : j'ai pensé à un défaut dans le matelas. En fait j'ai découvert le matin que c'était le surmatelas mal mis ! Des chocolats sur le comptoir de paiement (que l'on ne nous a pas offerts) mais rien sur l'oreiller au moment du coucher.
