Built in the 14th century, this religious edifice is a fine blend of two styles: Gothic on the west façade and Renaissance on the south entrance. Its 20 pillars, which meet at the ceiling, form magnificent keystones in the shape of a Latin cross, and house an organ at the back of the nave. Situated at the foot of the Pyrenees, it owes its name to the patron saint of winegrowers, who cultivated vines in the Vignaux garden.
