    • La Maison des Consuls , a hotel of Charm and Character, has a bar entitled “Les Raisins de Pyrène” .

      Its particularity is to help you discover the wines of Piedmont Pyrenees: from IROULÉGUY of the BASQUE COUNTRY , to the very sunny wines of Collioure , through the diversity offered by JURANÇON , MADIRAN , CÔTES DE GASCOGNE , VIN d'ARIÈGE , MALEPÈRE , CORBIÈRES and CÔTES DU ROUSSILLON , unearthed from small producers who love their terroir.

      The originality of this selection happily accompanies a variety of platters of regional products (charcuterie, foie gras, cheeses, etc.) .

      Beer lovers will not be left out with more than 25 references .

      In addition to the hotel bar and its rustic and warm setting, in summer its sunny terrace, under the gaze of medieval sculptures, offers a wide choice of hot and cold drinks all year round.

    Perfect location, lovely interior, but burned coffee and a cappuccino that was more fluffy burned milk than anything else. With the right barista and decent coffee a lovely place for a breakkie !

    What can I say about this wonderful hotel? It was a real enchantment and a unique experience to stay in this magnificent establishment. The rooms are all perfectly and tastefully decorated, keeping a historical theme, without forgetting a much appreciated modern practicality. The managers are charming people, available and with great professionalism. The quality/price ratio is excellent for the very high quality and the very beautiful journey through time that this hotel offers its customers. We will come back for sure
