It is in June 2024 that the Rosso family opens the doors of Graingalet, installed in a beautiful old 2-storey house that they have carefully renovated. Chatting and nibbling, these are the key words of this cozy and warm space where it is good to meet. In the morning, enjoy a good coffee while chatting with the regulars. At lunch, the gourmet takes over with a single dish served on the terrace under the arcades, simple and generous dishes that delight the taste buds such as salmon pasta gratin, beef lasagna or burgers and baked potatoes. Save room for dessert, it is enjoyed with pleasure and without moderation! On Sunday, make way for brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., a €21 formula consisting of a hot drink, cold drink, a savory dish and a sweet to choose from the choices offered. What a pleasure to feast!

Le Graingalet also offers the opportunity to work in peace and quiet, before relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. Indeed, the 2 floors of the establishment, each with a surface area of 50m2, are divided into meeting rooms for 18 people or individual offices. Terracotta brick, raw brick, pebbles and a fireplace in each room, the work spaces have an undeniable cachet. Is it time for an aperitif? Leave your desks and join your friends on the Graingalet terrace! This is the perfect place to sip a glass of wine, a local beer or a craft soft drink, accompanied by a sharing board. New : Graingalet invites you to extend the experience in the Volvestre by staying on the second floor of the building, in the heart of the city center. Two rooms are available to guests for short and medium stays.
