Jump Around is a Trampoline Park, but also a sports complex with sports coaches to accompany you, guide you and make you sweat!
Come and do Circuit training, with various and varied modules to work all the muscles of the body, in an effective and fun way. The gym also organizes classes for all levels, to do muscle building, cardio or build up your CAF (thighs, abs, buttocks). Danced or choreographed, simply for fun or because you want to transform your body. Come and try the Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and especially Trampofit classes! Everyone has their own mini trampoline, we follow the coach jumping in various ways to build muscle while having a lot of fun!
