Le Soulier welcomed my team for a lunch event The cuisine was creative, the ingredients were fresh, the plating was appealing and the portions generous! We all were promptly served with a smile - which is to be noticed given the rush of the service! I loved the île flottante with zucchini soup and roquefort crumble. It was very original, the mix of texture and flavours was balanced. Then came the fish tempura served with smashed potatoes and carrots, a delight. And the dessert : a black chocolate cream with salted tuiles, a wonder ! I strongly recommend this establishment for business lunches and/or more intimate dinners I previously experienced with the same quality standards!

Not sure how to say this but food was very normal, maybe we didn't choose correctly, didn't have much taste, were a little bit bland. Except for the foie which was great but as seen in the photo, 15€ and they gave us pure fat, pretty upset with that as I saw pics on google maps with correct quantity of foie. Also the bread was inedible, very dry, was like eating a rock. We had them toast it a little bit and it was a lot better...

Every dish was enough size. However if you want to go out full, you should order "le menu". I really recommend this restaurant if you want to eat started-size dishes. The service was excellent and helpful.
