Fronton vineyard Producers in Fronton

In the South-West of France, between the Tarn and the Garonne, the Fronton vineyard extends over twenty municipalities around the authentic city of Fronton.

On this small area of appellation of barely 2400 hectares, the terroir offers you wines of heart of which the people of Toulouse are the first ambassadors. From the left bank of the Tarn, going down towards Toulouse and the Garonne, you can see three old terraces of the Tarn, delimiting three terroirs which give their identity to the wines of Fronton:

Les Boulbènes: alluvium composed of pebbles, gravel, sand and silt
Les Rougets: silty clay soils
The gravel: many pebbles and gravel on the surface resting on deep layers of clay
