The vine and the wine for passions.
For more than 10 years, vines and wine have been my daily life.
My approach to this profession has evolved over the years, from cooperator to winegrower, from conventional farming to organic farming. Even today, a new path is opening up to me, the production of high quality wines closer to nature.
In my eyes, it is not a question of mastering the vine, but of accompanying it.
Over the months and the seasons, my work as a winegrower consists in helping the vine in its development so that it finds its balance.
The richness of the Domaine de Cadeillac and its many grape varieties makes it possible to create wines with the best of each vintage, each terroir, a palette of colors, characters...
