3 nights stay for business trip. Good parking, 24 h reception. Okay breakfast. Good shower. Decent beds. Temperature in room sometimes a bit warm. Several good restaurants close by. 10 min walk to downtown.

Poor customer service. No one able to speak English and just shrugging shoulders when I asked for assistance. WiFi entirely unreliable (not working for full 24 hours of my stay). Breakfast not worth the price.

This is a fantastic hotel, great location, secure free car park. Staff are very nice, hotel is spotless. This is a reasonably priced hotel on the lines of the IBIS but I think only better as it has a clean cut appearance, it's simple and to the point with a modern look and feel about it. The breakfast was good. A 15 minute walk to the center of town. This hotel has a sister hotel attached, for those who like the nightlife there are bars down the street. Ideal allocation if you are traveling to Lourdes by car as its a half hour away.

We booked hotel for more then 2 months! And bcz of receptionist’s not professional work we had to leave it for one day to an other hotel, but it’s ok, when we back instead to fix her previous fault...

Rooms are new modern and suffice. Bed is two single mattress but not zip linked so they slip apart constantly. Literally such a bad night sleep - air conn did not work so opened window - nightclub...
