Du parking, rejoindre la D29, la suivre à droite sur quelques mètres puis emprunter le chemin à droite. Il descend jusqu'à une route : aller tout droit, franchir l'Adour de Lesponne sur un pont puis remonteren face le long du ruisseau. Déboucher sur un large chemin.
Le suivre à droite longuement en allant tout droit aux deux embranchements rencontrés. (...)
