Peyragudes station A “family plus” ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées

In 22 years, the resort has become a multi-ski area adapted to new desires for snow and well-being. With 60 km of slopes, ultra-fast lifts and modern equipment, Peyragudes has become a “next generation resort”.

In the heart of the Pyrenees, the resort of Peyragudes is surrounded by numerous peaks of over 3,000 m and covers 1,500 hectares, between 1,600 and 2,400 meters above sea level. Straddling the Hautes-Pyrénées and Haute-Garonne departments, its ski area spans two slopes, Les Agudes and Peyresourde, its two altitude villages.

Peyragudes versant Peyresourde at the foot of the track is now linked to Loudenvielle, a village in the Louron valley by the new gondola Skyvall. There is a whole range of activities and services available to you in less than 10 minutes!

In 2016, Peyragudes became the 4 th resort in the Pyrenean massif with the “Famille Plus” label. It ensures fun for everyone, whether in its beginners' areas, its Family Park, or in the funslope and snow cross areas. Or even on the snowpark with its bumps and rails, the filmed and timed permanent slalom or quite simply on the 51 slopes of the area. Note the toboggan course to be done on SNOOC machines which allow you to descend with good sliding sensations without necessarily knowing how to ski.

Peyragudes offers activities to explore the ski area and get to know the other side of the scenery better: discovery of the area in a snow groomer equipped with an 18-seater cabin, discovery of the job of ski patroller from the start, factory tour snow, introduction to the use of an ARVA, sunrise in ski touring.

The Sherpa base near the resort offers dog sled rides for young and old. In addition, marked and free routes await those wishing to go on snowshoeing.

Also discover the Fat bike, a funny mountain bike with huge tires that allow you to move on two wheels on frozen and snowy terrain and the snow scooter. Not to mention the construction of an igloo from the age of 4 and frenzied descents on the only Pumptrack in the Pyrenees at the foot of the track, an asphalt course, fun and hilly to hit by mountain bike on snow and Fat Bike.

Member of the N’PY chain, the ski area has an exceptional environment, ideally oriented east / west, which allows you to ski all day in the sun on one of its two slopes.

With its 60 kilometers of "snow guaranteed" slopes on 50% of the area thanks to a large network of artificial snow, Peyragudes offers very high quality skiing. Ultra-fast lifts that take you to the top of the resort in record time, modern equipment, rechargeable ski passes, everything has been designed to make skiing easier.

Always at the cutting edge of technology, Peyragudes is equipped with the Snowsat system to better manage the snow resource by calculating the necessary inputs by satellite guidance. The production of artificial snow is optimized according to its height measured every evening to the nearest centimeter by the 8 snow groomers equipped with GPS.
