Located in the heart of the Barguillère valley in Ariège, our workshop shapes your future knives. Passionate craftsman, Jonathan uses carbon steel to forge unique pieces and according to your desires(choice of wood, guillochage, bolsters…).
From the forging of the steel blade to the assembly of the wooden handle, all the steps are carried out in the workshop. We manufacture folding knives as well as hunting and kitchen knives. The handles of the knives are made with regional wood species : walnut, boxwood, cherry… but also exotic like ebony or rosewood .
