Avoid at all costs!!!! The portion sizes on the menus are appalling: 1/4 endive salad, 2 walnuts, 2 squares of cheese... the meat was cooked completely off-target... the homemade fries... like concrete, the sauce tasteless... the shallot sauce tasted burnt... and let's not even mention the waiter who was filling in for the manager today, unacceptable, rude, rude... and to top it all off... he spoke to everyone else like dogs. The only decent person was a young woman who was very helpful... if I have any advice for the owner, it's to rein in his so-called manager... and to keep and value this young woman who brought a smile to our faces... and young woman, go somewhere else, you'll be much happier. It's a real shame because the setting is magnificent, but that's all. We came as a group at lunchtime today, and we were all unanimous on this point: we won't be back.

Couldn't try it! Arrived at 6:00 at 12:30, almost no one in the restaurant, but everything was booked... Oh well... We left. Make it clear that reservations are required to eat!!

A family visit to Tarbes. A perfect meal stop. Lovely setting. The pulled duck and pork burgers were delicious. Very friendly and efficient servers. Highly recommended.
