      Located in the Pyrenees in the heart of the Barousse Valley, rich in its heritage, its producers and artisans, at the foot of the Port de Bales (recognized passage of the Tour de France), we welcome you all year round in a more than exceptional!

      The chef will be happy to offer you cuisine with local but very personal flavors.

      House specialties: Barousse tomme fondue, local meats from the valley grilled, glazed, sautéed, in sauce, etc., HOMEMADE desserts

    Very good restaurant, very pleasant setting, staff, food. The view was breathtaking. The soup was delicious. Hearty, truly homemade dishes (we loved the homemade burger buns) We will come back!!!! And for our little 6 year old, little games on the table set and the very friendly owner's little boy. I recommend ++++
