Uniquement testé le resto lors d'un retour de ski... C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix pour une cuisine généreuse et goûteuse de Grand-Mère avec un service rapide et cordial... 50 euros pour 2 menus complets, 1 eau pétillante et 2 cafés. Par beau temps, on peut manger avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Ce ne fut pas notre cas car bcp trop de pluie...

We had booked via the hotel's website itself and after giving our bank imprint, we received a booking confirmation, with an associated booking number. When we arrived: - no reservation found in our name at reception - no more rooms available - the person at reception told us that she couldn't do anything for us and that she was busy with other tasks. Mistakes can happen, but this is a fundamental problem. Online reservations on the hotel website are simply not taken into account, despite the confirmation received, as the person at reception told us! Finally, in such a case, with the clear evidence shown that we had indeed booked, we expected at least that the reception would try to find a solution for us, for example by calling the other hotels. In any case something other than “I can’t do anything for you, go look elsewhere”. We asked to speak to those in charge, and were told that this was impossible and that there was nothing they could do for us. I put two stars and not just one because it seems to me to be more a matter of technical incompetence on the reservation system and overloading than of bad intention.
