  The establishment has declined significantly, impossible to spend a pleasant time with a baby: smile and kindness forgotten at the checkout and at the security of the pools, on the other hand don't forget a bottle, your pass or a scarf because they disappear immediately, nothing is provided for sitting down and putting things down, door open to the outside in the middle of winter in front of the pool, 1 hot blocked shower and a hot-cold so you have to wash in the men's room. The final bouquet, access thanks to the pass is completely random regardless of the amount paid and the number of sessions. Is there a professional in management?

  Good morning We regularly come to these thermal baths during our ballads in Val d'Azun and we are delighted with the reception with our 3 year old. The water in the main pool is HOT. There is a somewhat cool corridor between this one and the changing rooms but it seems perfectly acceptable to us. If there were thermostat problems, these have been resolved!
