The infrastructure is superb and the baths are top notch. Unfortunately no limitation on attendance!! We find ourselves in a relaxation area where we can't relax because there are so many people!! We almost sit on top of ourselves in the smaller baths, constant hubbub, so many people that we can't enjoy anything at all. It was neither a pleasure nor a moment of relaxation. I do not recommend weekends or school vacation periods. Perhaps to test in the middle of the week and out of season? Otherwise move on.

This spa is fantastic BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE!!! What a shame!! How is this still possible in 2025??? Fortunately I still walk a little otherwise it was a disaster... At reception, if the staff is helpful, they explain the park to you from a promontory, so much so that I didn't see anything in the leaflet. It's already starting well. Afterwards it's a disaster... No changing room, the cabin does not allow you to enter and close the door with your wheelchair, so I had to change in the WC. Then you transfer yourself to a bathing wheelchair but you cannot access any baths with it. One of the two elevators leading to the pools was broken, obviously... and then... ALL the pools are (in)accessible by stairs... Don't try to find a chair for launching into the water, it there is none. We suggest that you transfer yourself with your arms to access the outdoor pools on a "PRM staircase", I had never seen this before, made of steps 15 cm high, where you can go down by transferring yourself from step to step . Ultimately, going down is fine, but going up??? It's impossible for me as I don't have much muscle strength in my arms!!! So get up and walk, exhausting. Fortunately, the outdoor baths and the fantastic view of the mountains made me forget these mishaps a little. The staff is helpful and very present but disillusioned by the lack of accessibility. I live in Pau, I would have come back but not twice in these conditions. (No photos of the infrastructure because telephones are prohibited)
