  During my visit to the ski resort having come by bus from Tarbes with my skis and my equipment despite the absence of a storage room for bags, the person welcomed me in a very professional manner and with extreme kindness offering me to keep my bag and my belongings safe while I'm on the slopes.

  Magnificent place but it is a shame that there is no real toboggan run dedicated to this all day long, or space for children. We have to wait for the ski slopes to close before we can go sledding. Otherwise place where we don't need to take our car once we are parked 👍

  Incompetence of a lady at the ticket checkout this Thursday, December 26 around 2 p.m. for the Pic du Midi who was unable to change our packages purchased on the Internet and sent us back to the Pic station where our request was handled professionally . Incompetence of this lady who sold us tickets for an ascent at 4:40 p.m. by assuring us of a return shuttle to the P5 Campan car park while when we descended around 6:45 p.m. no shuttle had been passing since 5:30 p.m.!!! It was a tourist who warned us because he too had been misinformed. Our family and 2 other families therefore left on foot along the unlit road around 7 p.m. to reach the parking lot. But how can we put families in danger by sending them on this very dangerous road?!!! A beginner apprentice would have had more conscience than this fifty-year-old employee who obviously doesn't think about anything!!! Was it his blonde discoloration that fried his neurons?!!! We were very scared and we were picked up by a very nice driver a few hundred meters from the Campan car park who was aware of the danger and who wanted to avoid a tragedy. We thought that all the employees of the station and in particular of the ticket office could tell us the reality. Obviously this lady is an unconscious incompetent.
