Flavors and conviviality of the markets

In Toulouse, the markets have a southwestern accent, in the Pyrenees, on the squares or under the covered markets. They are a real attraction and tourist center. They create a real animation. The merchants of the four seasons, often producers, make the customers happy. The stalls are full of colors and scents. Fruits, vegetables, fish, meats… The markets give us the freshness and flavor of authentic products and the perfume of a region.

The only downside: you have to get up early, even if, once your basket is full of groceries, you have to take the time over a coffee on a terrace to soak up the atmosphere so special to our markets and share recipes, cooking tips or news of the day in a friendly atmosphere.
