Level Ski rental: Superb people who saved our afternoon of skiing. My son lost his snowboard attachment and his wonderful people found a solution for us. Thank you so much.

I immediately brought back the rented skis for my son because his feet hurt (his first time, he didn't like it). They have not been used. Ok they took time to adjust the skis (it was mid-afternoon so there was no one there), ok maybe that happens to them often, but wouldn't that be more commercial than not charge it? But hey, it didn't smell like sympathy either, so it's consistent.
