  A superb welcome (Frédéric, Annie and Kévin)! The accommodation is functional and very clean. The residence is located close to the Superbagnères ski resort but also to all the essential shops, restaurants and thermal baths. An excellent address, I will return with pleasure

  Good morning . My wife and I had a reservation at this establishment for the night from Sunday 03/16/25 to Monday 03/17/25. Arriving at the scene, we found the doors closed and it was impossible to contact anyone that day. We had to find, in the evening, in a hurry, another establishment, which caused us stress and additional costs. The manager of this establishment, whom I met Monday morning, being in bad faith, does not want to hear anything, does not want to reimburse us, places the blame on the platform (hotels.com) which allowed us to rent this ghost room and kept telling me that it was strange because supposedly other people returned that afternoon in question. Maybe he's telling the truth, but for us, at 5 p.m., this door was impassable. Personally I found this person really not listening to us. I strongly advise against this establishment "Résidence Illixon de Bagnères de Luchon". I would add that in a recent review, from an individual, it is written, I quote "the trouble is that the opening of the reception is very limited and RANDOM". After having also had contact by email, with the customer service, of Vancancéole, the latter has the nerve to tell us that we entered the hall, I think following the version of the manager of Luchon, (I repeat, impossible because the front door was nice and well closed), and that we did not have the presence of mind to go up to the reception point located on the first floor, frankly it is pathetic and grotesque. Conclusion: if all goes well then, I would like to believe, no particular problems, but on the other hand if you encounter a problem, of our nature, quite important, in the hierarchy of problems, this box drops you like an old sock. Individuals, who have just read my opinion, you have been warned. You have other accommodation options. Thank you for listening.

  2 nights spent, one of which was on the same floor as young people, with a summer camp mess (screaming etc.) until 1 a.m. and which resumed at 6:30 a.m. We asked to be refunded half, the person at reception had the nerve to be in denial. 75 euros for a 5-hour night when it's supposed to be a 3-star residence, it's simply shameful.
