The team has been designing and cooking traditional and more innovative recipes for over 50 years with passion thanks to its know-how forged over the years. Their secret? Particular care given to the selection of raw materials used: ingredients chosen for their quality and their environmentally friendly production method and 60 % of which come from the region. The result is more than delicious since the Maison Patignac cannery has been awarded several times at the Concours Général Agricole and the Epicures fair for the taste quality of its recipes with local or more original flavors. With an eco-responsible approach, the company is also invested in sustainable production methods ( 30 % of the electricity consumed is produced on site ), and pays particular attention to the well-being of its employees.
