Meet us on the left bank of the Garonne, in a medieval building that has been classified by UNESCO since 1998. Here you are at the Hôpital Dieu Saint-Jacques, an important building that houses Toulouse's Museum of the History of Medicine. Open on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, it houses a diverse collection of paintings, sculptures and medical artefacts spanning 7 centuries of medical evolution. At the end of your visit, take a tour of the garden to admire the large shell-shaped pool, a reminder that the site is on the Chemins de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.
