Its name is a tribute to its builders, none other than the Carthusian monks. Built in the 12th century, this church is decorated with numerous paintings and 62 sculpted stalls to admire. Pass through the atrium to reach the two choirs separated by a magnificent marble main chapel, adorned with a sculpture depicting the Angels crowning the Blessed Sacrament.
