- At an altitude of 1600m, facing the Pic du Midi in the heart of the Pyrenees national park, Louisette welcomes you and shares a moment of pleasure with you, offering you her local cuisine.
  
  A delicious restaurant since 1905
  It was Louisette's grandmother who opened the Auberge du Lienz in 1905, in the same place where it is today. Originally, it was a dairy farm and the taste for good local things has remained there. Here, you will enjoy generous plates, well presented and decorated with fragrant and colorful flowers. Here, it's open summer and winter!
  
  In winter, make way for quickly served and invigorating tasting plates . You don't have time to waste on your ski day, but you still want to eat like a gourmet? It's the ideal place at the foot of the slopes! And for coffee, will you go sunbathing on the deckchairs facing the slopes?
  
  In summer, a change of scenery, nature is green and offers you a grandiose panorama. You sit comfortably at the table and local products are offered to you. You have time to taste and if the day is sunny, have an aperitif outside, still on the deckchairs, facing the steep mountains watching you!
  
  Local products, kitchen know-how
  Louisette and her team know how to prepare traditional products, all the gastronomy of the Pyrenees has met at L'auberge du Lienz. You will taste pig's trotters, garburre, tender and juicy lamb chops, confit pork shanks, potatoes and other vegetables directly from local market gardeners. There are no compromises here: everything is local and delicious.
  
  Do you like desserts? Melt for a blueberry pie or another delight of the day, cook with know-how and and... love!
  
  Do you have a little spare time? Have an aperitif or digestive and don’t miss tasting the Coquelicots liqueur prepared by Louisette.

Excellent restaurant pour terminer nos vacances l'été dernier (le meilleur de 4 restaurants qu'on a fait pendant notre séjour). Le personnel est très agréable. Le cadre est exceptionnel et la grande terrasse permet d'en profiter sans être les uns sur les autres. Les plats sont savoureux et copieux on s'est régalé. Les enfants ont adoré regarder le chef cuisinier sur l'immense plancha en pleine air. On te reviendra certainement l'été prochain.

We have always heard about this restaurant at Louisette and this year we decided to stop there but big disappointment the service is not at all organized and the dishes are not what we expected 😔 the garbure, the meat too stringy and very bland and the trout bathed too much in oil very disappointed!!! For the price we expect a lot more than that!!! It’s a shame that the new owner hasn’t preserved Louisette’s “good traditional cuisine”!
