  A tourist office nestled in a superb historic building, perfectly in harmony with the charm of the still preserved and little-known territory.   Arriving from Toulouse specially to visit the cathedral on Saturday March 28, 2024 at 2:20 p.m., we found the cathedral closed without any information on opening hours and the tourist office located opposite also closed while at the entrance a sign indicates the opening hours in September at 2 p.m.! However, the site indicates the same times, we leave very disappointed (and we were not the only ones) with the impression that “tourists” are not welcome! Too bad because the cathedral and the exhibition are probably superb! PS I have no problem understanding an exceptional closure for whatever reason given, as long as we take the precaution of punctually informing any visitors from far away or not, who find themselves in front of locked doors!

  In view of the previous response, I confirm that the cathedral was locked during our two visits at 1:15 p.m. and 3 p.m. this Saturday, September 28, and that no message was posted either at the tourist office or at the cathedral, contrary to your response, which casts doubt on the sincerity of the opinion. These are the limits of the internet.
